I'm not always meeting my calories, but I do meet the grams for proteins, fat, sugar, carbs, etc. Sometimes a little over on some days. The carbs and sugar I never meet, but almost always a little above in protein and fat. So should I care about the calories at all?
I go through produce like crazy so I'm at the store constantly which I still can't wrap my head around, because the more I'm buying the more the scale goes down!
